I think this is the only one of these where I really do feel sorry for the person calling tech support. I feel sorry for the guy at Apple too. I’ve had to help people who are this emptionally wrapped up in their problem and you not only have to deal with their lack of technical skill, you have to coax them through every step because their emotional state has shaved ten years off their intelligence.
